skillmaticsworld.co.uk (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Grasper Global Inc. (brand name “Skillmatics”). Please carefully read these Terms of Use (“TOU”) as they may have changed since your last visit to the Site. Continued use of the Site indicates your understanding and acceptance of any changes made to these TOU and posted to the Site. These TOU do not apply to your use of any third-party websites to which the Site may link.

By using the Site; registering for subscription or other services, classes or events; buying products; or downloading, copying, accessing, or using ANY content or materials from the Site, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of these TOU. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Site or its materials, purchase our products, or register for our services, classes or events.

Skillmatics takes the privacy of its customers very seriously and wants you to feel comfortable whenever you visit our websites, access our services, or participate in our offerings and events. For more information, please visit Skillmatics’ Privacy Policy.

Personal, Non-Commercial Use: The Site and any Skillmatics Services, Products or Content are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. Except as provided by specific terms governing a service, product, or other information, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content accessed through the Site or any Skillmatics Services or Products.

Services and Products: Skillmatics offers various services, which may include, but are not limited to curriculum guides, videos, events, newsletters, and webinars (the “Services”). In order to access some of the Services and Products, you may be asked to provide information about your child as well as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, and payment information, if applicable. Subject to compliance with these TOU, Skillmatics grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to utilise the Services and Products so long as: (i) you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and (ii) are not barred from receiving the Products and Services offered under the laws of the United Kingdom. In order to access or use the Services or Products, you must provide current and accurate identification, contact, and payment information. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of such information. Skillmatics may, at any time, revoke your access to the Services for any reason in its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, if Skillmatics believes that you are in breach of these TOU. Upon any expiration of Services ordered by you, or any termination of these TOU, your access and other rights to the Services will be cancelled and cease. In such an event, you must cease any further use of the Services.

Charges, Billing, Payment: Charges for enrolment in our subscription service are set forth on the enrolment page and are exclusive of all tax. Charges for other Services or Products will be set forth on the pages for those Services and Products. In order to enrol in our programme or purchase other Services or Products, you must provide Skillmatics, or a third party working on behalf of Skillmatics, with your credit card information. Skillmatics may take commercially reasonable actions to validate your credit card information. By providing Skillmatics or a third party with a payment method, you represent (i) that you are authorised to use the payment method that you provided, (ii) that any payment information you provide is true and accurate, and (iii) that you authorise Skillmatics or a third party to charge you for the products or services using your payment method. Any third party website that you may be sent to facilitate processing of payments and orders is subject to its own terms of use and privacy policy, and you should review the terms of use and privacy policy of that third party website before providing personal information. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes not collected by Skillmatics during your transaction(s) such as use tax.

If Skillmatics does not receive payment from your card issuer, you agree to pay Skillmatics all amounts due immediately upon demand. In order to continue receiving the benefits of enrolment, you must pay all charges in full as they are due. If your credit card is declined or you otherwise fail to pay the subscription fee in full, Skillmatics reserves the right to suspend your subscription and all benefits attendant thereto. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Automatic Renewal: By enrolling in a subscription service, you agree and authorise that the day after the end of your then-current subscription (“Renewal Date”), your subscription fee will be charged to the credit card number you provide unless and until you cancel as set forth in the Cancellation Policy below. Such charges will include any or all of the following: (1) subscription fee to cover the next learning kit, (2) any applicable taxes, and (3) any unpaid amounts due, including late payment fees and interest accrued, as applicable.

Pre-Orders: If you have pre-ordered a Product or subscription service, the applicable fee will be charged to the credit card number you provide on or about the date of pre-order. You may cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any time more than 72 hours prior to shipment. If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered Product or subscription service after this period, the Refund and Exchange policy below shall apply.

Changes to the Price and to the Subscription Service: Skillmatics reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion and at any time, to adjust pricing for the subscription service or any components thereof and to modify or discontinue the subscription service at any time and in any manner, with or without notice to you. Skillmatics will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the subscription service. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse will be to cease access to the subscription service. Continued access to the subscription service following notice of any such changes will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and satisfaction with the subscription service as modified.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel a recurring subscription, please write an email to help@skillmaticsworld.co.uk at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the shipping date of your upcoming Learning Kit. If your order has begun processing before you cancel, you will receive the processed Learning Kit and it will be the last you receive. If there are multiple Learning Kits pending in your subscription at the time of cancellation, you will receive a refund forfeiting any pre-paid discount you may have availed at the time of purchase.

Refund and Exchange Policy: We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for every Learning Kit. You will be refunded the purchase price of the most recent Learning Kit and the kits that you have not yet received. The refund will forfeit any prepaid discount. Further, your remaining subscription will be cancelled.

To place a return request, kindly email us at help@skillmaticsworld.co.uk with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will assist you within 2 working days and arrange a free return shipping for your Learning Kit.

Copyright Infringement and Copyright Agent: If you believe your work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and such infringement is occurring on any Skillmatics Site, please provide notice to the Skillmatics Copyright Agent (via email at help@skillmaticsworld.co.uk) including the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is alleged to have been infringed.
A description of the copyrighted work or works that you claim have been infringed and identification of what material in such work(s) is claimed to be infringing and which you request to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on a Skillmatics Site.
Information sufficient to permit Skillmatics to contact you, such as your physical address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material identified in your Notice in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement by you that the information in your Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Intellectual Property Rights: Skillmatics and related logos are the trademarks of Grasper Global Private Limited in the United Kingdom, other countries, or both. All materials on the Site, including but not limited to, trademarks and logos, all curriculum materials, designs, text, graphics, sounds, images, and software (the “Content”) are the intellectual property of Skillmatics, its licensors, affiliated companies, or other third parties. The Content is protected by United Kingdom and foreign intellectual property laws. Except as stated herein, none of the Content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form without the prior written permission of Skillmatics. Notwithstanding the foregoing, guides and other materials made available to you may be copied, but only for your personal, non-commercial use.

Links to Other Websites: The Site may display content from or links to websites provided by third parties. These may include advertisements and solicitations to purchase products or services. As consideration for your convenience in making this third party content available or accessible to you, you acknowledge that: (1) Skillmatics does not endorse the content or services described in any linked third party website, and (2) Skillmatics does not control these third party websites and expressly disclaims any responsibility for the content, the accuracy of the information, and any products or services available on such websites. You also agree that Skillmatics IS NOT responsible or liable for any losses or damages you experience with any third party content you choose to rely upon or websites you choose to access, whether or not linked to from our Site.

Registration Information and Security: In the course of your use of the Site, you may be asked to provide certain personalised information to us (such information referred to hereinafter as “Registration Information”). Skillmatics’ information collection and use policies with respect to the privacy of such Registration Information are set forth in the Site’s Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of the Registration Information. You also are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

User Conduct: By using the Site and Services, you agree not to disrupt or intercept our electronic information posted on the Site or on any of our servers. You also agree not to attempt to circumvent any security features of our Site, and to abide by all applicable UK laws, rules, and regulations.
